Sales Representatives
Think BIG. As a Sales Representative at NVC you will use your sales savvy and contacts to find us eCommerce and ERP clients who want the best vendors and the best solutions. Work with the hottest business partners to team up for success

You must be a self-motivated person who needs to make a lot of money. You must be a fast paced person with no time to waste. You must be very self-reliant. Your background must include at least three years of quota based Sales experience with a focus on ERP solutions. An undergraduate degree is highly preferred. You must also possess strong language skills and feel comfortable with the realities of consulting - writing proposals, requirements and specifications, tight schedules, meetings with management at customer sites, handling tough questions and committee-situations.

Project Manager
As a Project Manager at NVC you will manage a complete project, cradle to grave, for the implementation of Oracle ERP and CRM applications at our clients. Depending on the specific project assignment you may lead a group of consultants, software engineers, Internet engineers.

Your background must include at least two years of Project Management experience during which you were responsible for a minimum of 3 individual contributors. You must be familiar with the following: Oracle applications (version 11i) and AIM Best Practices for manufacturing and distribution, custom software development An undergraduate degree is highly preferred You must also possess strong language skills and feel comfortable with the realities of consulting - writing requirements and specifications, tight schedules, meetings with management at customer sites, handling tough questions and committee-situations

Functional Consultant
To be an Oracle Applications Functional Consultant, one must possess: Knowledge of Oracle Applications (11i) Implementation lifecyle: ability to perform Future State Design and Gap Analysis Interact with client users and management to establish Oracle Setup requirements Establish and manage consulting track project plans Plan customization of application Design reports Organize setup of file structures, and conversion
Experience required:
At least two full implementations of the suite of Apps; i.e. Financials, Distribution. Experience with business process analysis and re-engineering. Must be familiar with all the Apps in the suite, understanding the operation of the software.

Technical Consultant
As an Oracle Applications Technical Consultant at NVC you will develop, enhance and maintain Oracle software applications at our clients. Depending on the specific project assignment you may work in a group under the direction of a senior software engineer, or independently with supervision.

Your background must include Oracle ERP application specification, prototyping, coding, testing and implementation. Must have hands- on project implementation experience with Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, PL/SQL related to Oracle Applications.

You must also possess good oral and written skills, with the ability to interface with client and in-house personnel, and feel comfortable with the realities of consulting - tight schedules, meetings with management at sites, handling tough questions and committee-situations.

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
