Mr. Leader founded New Vision Consulting in 1993 and has been President and Managing Partner since inception. Mr. Leader is a Certified Public Accountant and Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute (PMI). Mr. Leader has more than 25 years of accounting & finance, IT consulting , mergers & acquisitions, business process re-engineering, packaged application implementation, and project management experience.

Prior to founding New Vision Consulting, Mr. Leader  worked for Oracle Corporation from 1988 - 1993, where he was one of the first Oracle application consultants responsible for early customer installs, implementations and launching Oracle Consulting's application practice in the Western United States. 

Prior to Oracle Corporation, Mr. Leader held various management positions from 1981 - 1988 with IBM Corporation, Ross Systems and PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PwC). Mr. Leader has successfully worked and teamed with client executive management, the "Big 4" consulting firms and other systems integrators.
